"Hi, I’m Sara Shadabi – psychologist, psychoanalyst, and researcher.

In working with movements and social groups, my focus is on strengthening communication health and effective collaboration in challenging and polyphonic spaces.

Collective activity, especially in social and political areas, is often accompanied by tension, psychological fatigue, and role conflict.

The goal of these programs is to create spaces for mutual understanding, healthy dialogue, and rebuilding group trust.

Training topics

Recognizing psychological dynamics in groups and movements

Managing conflict and transforming disagreement into dialogue

Understanding roles, power, and responsibility in collective work

Preventing emotional burnout in social activities

Improving listening, empathy, and collective decision-making skills

Skills-based workshops are held for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students to help them be more effective in their studies, research, and interactions with the academic environment.

In these courses, students learn:

How to maintain focus, motivation, and self-confidence,

How to manage academic anxiety and competitive pressure,

How to study and learn more deeply,

And how to build healthier relationships with professors and classmates.

Workshop structure

Programs are held as analytical and interactive workshops and are designed to suit the needs of each group or movement.

In these workshops, I use systems theory, transactional analysis, and group psychoanalysis to help members gain a deeper understanding of collective behavior, resistance, and internal relationships within the group.

End Results

Increased empathy and understanding among members

Improved decision-making and effective collaboration

Reduced psychological friction and burnout

Increased collective maturity in dealing with crises and differences of opinion
